At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses.
All orders are shipped within 4 business days since our products custom made. Customer will be notified if a delay will occur and will have the added option of receiving a full refund if there will be a delay.
Free shipping applies to all orders over $75.
We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to deliver our orders.
If a tracking # is provided by USPS, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. This will not happen unless our raw material itself is on back order and you will be notified if this is the case.
Unfortunately, since our products are custom made and personalized we cannot offer a return option. Please note that we are very good at what we do and if a photo is uploaded to us that is of poor quality or simply will not work, we will contact you and offer a full refund or to send another photo. Also, if a product is made and is not to our quality standards, we will not ship it and will notify you of the problem or the delay and again offer a full refund. In some cases we may take a photo of the finished product to get your approval.
